Child Safety Standards Policy

Organization: Swayamvara

Commitment to Child Safety

Swayamvara is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all users. We strictly prohibit any activity that exploits or endangers children and fully comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards.

Key Compliance Measures

Clear Public Standards for Child Safety

Swayamvara maintains publicly accessible policies that explicitly prohibit Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). These standards are incorporated into our Terms of Service and Community Guidelines to ensure all users are aware of our commitment to child safety.

In-App Reporting Mechanism

Our app features a robust and easily accessible reporting system. Users can quickly report any suspicious activity, inappropriate content, or potential child safety concerns. Reports are reviewed promptly by our moderation team.

Handling of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)

Upon identification of any CSAM or related content, Swayamvara will:

  • Immediately remove the content from the app.
  • Comply with all applicable legal obligations for reporting and enforcement.
  • Ensure all actions align with our published child safety standards.

Compliance with Child Protection Laws

Swayamvara strictly adheres to all relevant child protection regulations, including:

  • Reporting confirmed CSAM cases to authorities such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or local law enforcement.
  • Staying updated on evolving child safety laws to maintain ongoing compliance.
