Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our Service or Site.

3. The Service

The Service is provided by Swayamvara Matrimonial Services, and you understand and agree to the following:

• (a) If you choose to register, you must submit a valid email address and select a password and username during the registration process.
• (b) You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your member name and password and all uses of your account, whether or not you’ve authorized such use.
• (c) You agree to notify Swayamvara Matrimonial Services immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• (d) You are at least 18 years of age.
• (e) Fees once paid will not be refunded (if you wish to register as a paid member). Swayamvara Matrimonial Services will not be held liable for any loss or damage for non-compliance.
• (f) All users' content, including your content, will be collected, aggregated, and anonymously integrated into the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services Service. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services will use aggregated data for statistical and analytical reporting purposes.
• (g) Unless expressly stated, Swayamvara Matrimonial Services in no way controls, verifies, or endorses any information contained on or in the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services Service, including links, events, messages, message boards, and members’ published listings.
• (h) Divorced candidates who seek new alliances by registering with Swayamvara Matrimonial Services must submit the decree issued by the Court of Law along registration, failing which their registration will be withheld without any information to the candidate.
• (i) After receiving an ID and password for their profile, either as a free member or a paid member, candidates who wish to change their date of birth must submit an age-proof certificate to do so.
• (j) All profiles, free or paid, will be activated only after the confirmation of the submitted details by the parents/reference person/candidate themselves through the provided telephone numbers.
• (k) Once you register with Swayamvara Matrimonial Services, you will receive promotional emails regarding current events and functions. If you do not wish to receive these emails, you may unsubscribe by clicking the 'unsubscribe' link provided in the received mail.
• (l) All profile details will be deleted one year after their expiry.
• (m) All paid registrations are valid for one year, nine months, or six months, or until the marriage is fixed, whichever comes first, according to the membership taken. Re-registration must be done within 30 days from its expiry. Exceeding 30 days will be treated as a new registration.
• (n) Swayamvara Matrimonial Services does not directly involve itself in the matchmaking process of any candidates. If necessary, it will only assist or guide. Matchmaking should be done by the candidate/parents for all categories of registrations.
• (o) All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur.
• (p) All profiles will be unavailable immediately after the confirmation of their marriage through their parents/reference persons/family circle, or the profiles will be deleted from our website one year after their expiry.
• (q) The authenticity of the details given in the profile, such as age, qualification, employment, and family details, should be verified and confirmed by the parents and candidates. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services will not be responsible for any issues arising in this regard at any point in time.
• (r) Any change in the profile's date of birth or educational qualification will be made only after submitting the required proof by the concerned person.
• (s) If an online payment is made on a Sunday or a statutory holiday, the profile will be activated on the next working day only (working hours 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM IST). All the payments shall be made through online payment mode only and we are not responsible or liable if any cash payments are made by the parties.
• (t) Swayamvara Matrimonial Services will not be responsible for any issues arising for a registered candidate while communicating through personal communication media like WhatsApp, Facebook, personal email IDs, etc.
• (u) Swayamvara Matrimonial Services is an online matchmaking facilitator where we help you find your own choice of life partner at your discretion. Hence, we do not assure you that your dream of finding a partner can be fulfilled through our website.
• (v) You are requested to provide your personal mobile number while registering your profile for the purpose of future official verification and communication.
• (w) Candidates should submit a copy of their government-approved ID, such as Aadhar, passport, driving license, or voter’s ID, within 10 days to be a registered member of Swayamvara Matrimonial Services. The name, age, and date of birth will be displayed in the profile only according to the submitted ID proof. If the ID proof is not submitted within the said period, the profile will be deactivated without any further intimation.
• (x) Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to terminate your membership and/or your right to use the Service without any refund of your unutilized subscription fee.

4. Termination and Refunds

You may terminate your membership at any time, for any reason, by writing to Swayamvara Matrimonial Services. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, except where otherwise stated in writing. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services may terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason, effective upon sending notice to you at the email address provided in your application for membership or any other email address you later provide. If Swayamvara Matrimonial Services terminates your membership for breach of terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.

Multiple profiles of the same person are not allowed on Swayamvara Matrimonial Services. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to deactivate all multiple profiles without any refund of subscription fees.

5. Proprietary Rights

Swayamvara Matrimonial Services owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services Site and Service. The Site contains copyrighted material, trademarks, and other proprietary information of Swayamvara Matrimonial Services and its licensors. Except for information in the public domain or for which permission has been obtained, you cannot copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information. Any such act or attempted act on your part shall constitute a violation of this Agreement, and your membership is liable to be terminated forthwith by Swayamvara Matrimonial Services without refund of any unused subscription fees. We also reserve our right to take legal action (civil and/or criminal) wherever applicable for any violations.

6. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Swayamvara Matrimonial Services be liable for any content, including errors or omissions, or any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Service. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to verify the authenticity of content posted on the Site. In exercising this right, Swayamvara Matrimonial Services may ask you to provide any documentary or other form of evidence supporting the content you post. If you fail to produce such evidence, Swayamvara Matrimonial Services may, in its sole discretion, terminate your membership without a refund.

7. User Conduct

You agree to act responsibly and to treat other users and members with respect. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services members are expected to act in a manner appropriate to each Swayamvara Matrimonial Services service they participate in. You are allowed to view the contact details of profiles that match your age criteria. There is a limit to the number of profiles you are allowed to contact each day (24 hours). As a free member, you can express your interest to a limited number of members, and free membership is valid only for a limited period. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to provide this feature to its members.

8. Registration Process

Although registration is not required to use the Service, if you decide to register, you must complete the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services registration screen. As part of the registration process, you agree to:

• (a) Provide certain limited information about you as prompted by the Service (this information must be current, complete, and accurate).
• (b) Maintain and update this information as required to keep it current, complete, and accurate. The information requested upon original sign-up shall be referred to as registration data ("Registration Data").

Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to delete accounts created by users who appropriate the name, likeness, email address, or other personally identifiable information of another individual. Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to refuse the Service to any user.

9. Copyrights and Trademarks

The Swayamvara Matrimonial Services logo and other names, logos, icons, and marks identifying Swayamvara Matrimonial Services products and services are trademarks of Swayamvara Matrimonial Services and may not be used without prior written permission. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without Swayamvara Matrimonial Services's written authorization. Further, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, alter, modify, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from the Service. All rights not expressly granted in this Agreement are reserved to Swayamvara Matrimonial Services. You shall not remove, cover, or obscure any trademark, copyright, and other proprietary notices or legends included on the Service. You understand and agree that any uploading or posting will be at your sole risk, and Swayamvara Matrimonial Services shall not be responsible to you (or to others) in any way. Further, Swayamvara Matrimonial Services does not provide any warranty as to your use of any third-party content or software that you obtain from the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services Site.

10. Content

You are fully responsible for any content you post on the Swayamvara Matrimonial Services Service, including personal profiles, message boards, listings, events, testimonials, email messages, and the consequences of any such content. You understand and agree that Swayamvara Matrimonial Services may review and delete any content that violates this Agreement or might be offensive, illegal, or harm the safety or rights of other users and members.

11. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances will Swayamvara Matrimonial Services be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from any aspect of your use of the Service or the Site, whether the damages arise from use or misuse of the Service or Site, from the inability to use the Service or Site, or the interruption, suspension, modification, alteration, or termination of the Service or Site.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Swayamvara Matrimonial Services, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or Site in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

13. Termination

The Swayamvara Matrimonial Services reserves the right to terminate your access to the Site and/or your membership for any reason effective upon sending notice to you at the email address you provide in your application for membership or any other email address you later provide. If Swayamvara Matrimonial Services terminates your membership for breach of terms, you will not be entitled to any refund of any unused subscription fees.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Thrissur.

15. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms of Use is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable. The failure of Swayamvara Matrimonial Services to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.

16. Eligibility
